profile fields + which phrases my users search for?

Hi, I cannot find the tips in docs, so I need an help for:
1) I'd like to show in each thread, under user avatar, other profile fields, like
Comments: 8
Work: blabla
Hobbies: blabla
and hide Date of registration. Can be done through admin option or have to modify tempaltes?
2) how can I see what my user search for? Where is a list of phrases/keywords used in forum search? Is it available or need an hack for this?

2. There's no function to do this, but I think there are code modifications/plugins that achieve this available on www.vbulletin.org
