How do I make the threads sort by most recent to not so recent?

Currently when I go to few a forum category on my website, it sorts the threads by "Thread" rather then by "Last Post" is there a way I can set the forums to display by "Last Post" for everyone?

AdminCP -> Forums & Manager -> Forum Manager -> Select a forum to edit -> Default Sort Field -> Last Post Time

I do not suppose you would know how to put a Sub-Forum within a Sub-Forum and show it as a link under the description much like it would on the Forum Index with depth enabled would you?
