buttons / double clicking in template doesnt work anymore

i have to say ive moved my forum around loads before but this has to be the wierest move ive made. the problem im having is in the template.php file double clicking on a template or a template group has no effect as well as the fact some of the buttons on the edit template page do not work. so now i have no way of editing templates! as i said ive moved my forum from one folder to another and the other errors i was having were solved by reuploading vb. this one however was not fixed. ive uploaded and reuploaded template.php and nothings changed! any ideas?

my admincp vbulletin logo in the nav section also doesnt show ironicly :P


any help would be great!
