Error when reporting a post

Hey all

I assume this is due to a plugin of some sort, but I can't figure out which one

When reporting a post, it throws that up, even though the report goes through ok?

Hi Zach, nope, no plugin of that nature

I'm going to disable all plugins and see which one might be doing it.

I'm getting the same error as above.

I cannot duplicate this at this time on an unhacked 3.6.2 forum.
