Upgrade

Hello everyone.

I wanted to upgrade to the new forum software. I am currently working on 3.6.

I had a tech guy that did all this stuff for me, but unfortuantely when he comes online anymore, he doesn't like to respond anymore.

So I would like to know, how to upgrade the new software and the template I am currently using as well.
