How to change "User Cp" to " My Account"?

I would like to change the User Cp link in the navbar to "My Account".

I know I need to edit:
<if condition="$show['member']">
<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="usercp.php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[user_cp]</a></td>
</if>


What do I change?

Go to you Admin CP --> Languages & Phrases --> Phrase Manager -->
Phrase Type = Global, then go to the page with "user_cp" on it. You can edit it there.
