Attachments Upload Errors

I have the following set:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Attachment Options -> Limit Space Taken Up By Attachments (Total) = 0

Admin CP -> UserGroups -> Group -> Space (in bytes) that a user's total attachment usage may consume = 0

But when anyone tries to attach a file they get an error stating that the file Exceeds your quota by xxx. I'm able to duplicate this error with several accounts and different groups. Attachments are stored in the file system. I've only noticed this error since upgrading to 3.6.1. I've tried running the repair / optimize tables also.

Are the users possibly in multiple usergroups?
If so, check that all the usergroups have the attachment limit set to 0.

That was it thanks. I missed one group which the user was in also. Got to double check them.
