Are you uploading from a URL or your PC? What happens when you try the Upload diagnostics?

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Upload

Enable phpinfo in the Admin CP, then provide the URL to your forums. This may help us troubleshoot this problem.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

I got the same problem here: http://www.thesupportgroupforum.com

& here's what it told me when I tried the upload diagnostics:

      file_uploads: On
      open_basedir: None
      safe_mode: Off
      upload_tmp_dir: None
      upload_max_filesize: 32.00 MB

And I've taken care of the next step for you all as well. :=)

I apologize for bumping this, but the problem still persists, I am uploading directly from my PC. When I try to upload diagnostics it says this-

              Pertinent PHP Settings

              file_uploads: On
              open_basedir: /home/thehaloz/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp
              safe_mode: Off
              upload_tmp_dir: None
              upload_max_filesize: 2.00 MB

              Results

No errors occurred while opening the uploaded file for reading.

Any help is appreciated Thank You

The only thing I see that could cause this is that your 'upload_tmp_dir' setting is empty. You (as root) or your host will need to edit php.ini and set 'upload_tmp_dir' to point to the full path to a directory on the server that is chmod'd to 777.

You will also need to restart Apache after making this change.
