I want to add a line of text under this that says

You are permitted to add additonal text after the vBulletin copyright notice, as long as the copyright is displayed in full and the additional text does not contradict the terms of use of the copyright as stated in the License Agreement.

Remember you can easily add another line in vBulletin Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details > Copyright Text
