You can control it through tools.php - this file is in the do_not_upload folder of your vbulletin .zip, remove this file when done using.

You can turn it on by uploading the tools.php file from the do_not_upload folder of your vBulletin zip file and using that to turn it on.

    I broke my forum :(

My forum is not working. When trying to access the VBoptions in the AdminCP, I get the 122 error. (I searched and read about this meaning I'm out of space). My problem is this - my forum is currently turned off. How can I turn it on without access to VBoptions?

    I'm just upgraded to 3.6.1.
