It Seems When I Try To Do A Fresh Install Of Either 3.6.0 Or 3.6.1 It Gets Up To Step 6) Importing Language Then Stops. This Also Happens On The Style & Admin Help Installation Pages. Even Though It Accepts My Customer Number It Does This Every Time.

I have just tried to install the forum, but I get this- http://www.dogwalkinguk.com/ I also have a forbiden message when trying to load the admincp.
