Move forum from / to /forum with reinstalling

How do I move my forum from / to /forum without reinstalling vBulletin? Do I just need to edit the options in the AdminCP and config.php and then move it or is it the other way around?

I do not believe you even have to edit the config.php file. Just the site url options details in the admin control panel > vbulletin options.

Edit the admincp > vb options > site url
Move to new dir

Done.
