Actually, you shouldn't have to add users to a usergroup manually at all, that should all run automatically.
Run the 'Test Communications' and see if the communication pass.

My problem is this. I have a forum on my site, and there is a part that's for paid members. my paid members used to make a payment from myforum.com/payments.php and I used to see the users as a list, with their member usernames next to the payment. Then I used to add the user to the vip user section manually. But now, the nicknames of the users who made a payment now don't appear when I go to myforum.com/admincp/subscriptions.php?do=modify If you look at the pic, after the 3rd of the month, none of the users' nicnames came thru. And I made an upgrade on the 3rd of the month.
Are you aware of any such bugs related to payments?

Also, when the people's vip memberships ended, the system used to automatically lock them from the VIP areas, now they can continue using it. I don't know what's up (admincp/subscriptions.php?do=modify).
Can you help me fix this? what's causing it ? Above is the screeenshot where I used to see the usernames of people who had paid also..

started a topic payment via paypal

    payment via paypal

when I used to use version v3.5.4., when someone made a payment via paypal, I used to receive the nickname of the user who made the payment in the admin panel. Now, I don't see it. Is this a bug, or do I need to make an adjustment? Does anyone know?
