Admin Login Error

I'm trying to install vbulletin 3.6.0 under a subdomain so that I can properly test some mods i'm adding before making them live on my site. I'm trying to do a fresh install of vbulletin. The installers run fine, and as soon as I try to login to the admincp (the login page works fine), I get some crazy jibberish on the page. Does it in every browser and I tried reinstalling / reuploading in different modes and everything.

Possibly the page is being gzip'ed twice.
If you'd like to open a support ticket, providing phpMyAdmin and AdminCP login details I'll gladly look into it.
