    1. AdminCP > vbulletin options > vbulletin options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details

    There change the content of

    Homepage URL
    URL of your home page. This appears at the bottom of every page.

    to FBZ Statistics

    2. Change template navbar

    Code:
    <!-- breadcrumb, login, pm info -->
    <table class="tborder" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="0" width="100%" align="center">
    <tr>
    	<td class="alt1" width="100%">
    		<if condition="is_array($navbits)">
    			<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0">
    			<tr valign="bottom">
    				<td><a href="#" onclick="history.back(1); return false;"><img src="$stylevar[imgdir_misc]/navbits_start.gif" alt="$vbphrase[go_back]" border="0" /></a></td>
    				<td>&nbsp;</td>
    				<td width="100%"><span class="navbar"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php$session[sessionurl_q]" accesskey="1">$vboptions[bbtitle]</a></span> $navbits[breadcrumb]</td>
    			</tr>
    Change the red code to the title you would like to have displayed

    3. change in template forumhome the red code

    Code:
    	<td class="alt2"><img src="$stylevar[imgdir_misc]/stats.gif" alt="<phrase 1="$vboptions[bbtitle]">$vbphrase[x_statistics]</phrase>" border="0" /></td>
    Although when you change the stuff in 1. - it will display the same in 2. and 3. unless you change it manually
