Explains itself. When User X surpasses a certain threshold and the Infraction systems automatically sets him to that specified usergroup (In this case, Suspended Account, aka "Banned"), it does not properly set his custom title to accommodate HTML coding ([/u]IF[/u] User X's custom title is set to User Set. If the Custom Title option is set to "No" or "Admin Set", then it shows up fine.
Also, would it be possible to have my username changed to thinkjose?

Problem confirmed. I have submitted a bug report:

You can change your username by directly editing your user in the Admin CP.
