Change sig picture upload size?

I want my users to be able to have a bit wider sig and still have them to be able to upload it to my server. How can I do this? Also if I disallow the img tag in sigs will it force my users to use sigpic tag?

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Signature Image Maximum Width / Height / Filesize

There is also an Allow [IMG] Code permission under the signature permissions on that page.
