  • Error On Step One - URGENT

    I got this on step one of the upgrade:

    Warning: main(/usr/local/apache/www/crazyapes/majorfmforum.com/htdocs/forum/includes/adminfunctions_plugin.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/apache/www/crazyapes/majorfmforum.com/htdocs/forum/install/upgrade_355.php on line 49

    Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/usr/local/apache/www/crazyapes/majorfmforum.com/htdocs/forum/includes/adminfunctions_plugin.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /usr/local/apache/www/crazyapes/majorfmforum.com/htdocs/forum/install/upgrade_355.php on line 49
    Please advise URGENTLY as i have a big board which is currently down.

    it seems that some files where not uploaded correctly. Try re uploading the adminfunctions_plugin.php file.

    PS; Please note, i'm no expert, i'm just trying to kill some time by posting on this forum :P

      Very strange as i uploaded all files but i just noticed adminfunctions_plugin.php wasnt there, thanks for that, uploaded it...

        Just got this on step 7 signiture permissions?

        Database error in vBulletin 3.5.5:

            What MySQL version are you using?

            To start troubleshoot this, i suggest you re-upload all vBulletin non-image files (except install.php). Make sure they are uploaded in ASCII format.

              Re-uploading all files now, how do i find out what version of mysql im using?

                You can see the MySQL version in the AdminCP mainpage.

                Alternatively if you have SSH/Telnet access, you can see the version by running on the commandprompt: mysql --version

                After you have finished re-uploading, please repeat the upgrade process.

                  I dont have admincp access, i get errors, don't use ssh either, i have e-mailed my host to find out... still uploading, will give progress soon, thanks for your help on this, i certainly need it!

                    Ok, i feel stupid now, lol... i did that and it all worked fine, must be my ftp playin up, i really do appreciate your help on this Marco, added rep... i had my first online panic attack!! lol
