Usergroup Promotions Issue

I created a new usergroup so that registered users with 100 or more posts are transferred to a new group which has access to flashchat. I have updated all of the counters but my existing members with 100 or more posts have not been moved to the new group. Am I missing something here?

Run the Promotions Scheduled Task.
