  • Database (NDBCluster) install question

    I'm trying to install vbulletin on a mysql cluster. Got an error for the language table:

    MySQL Error : Can't create table './egforum/language.frm' (errno: 738) Error Number : 1005
    Date : Friday, March 28th 2008 @ 05:21:20 PM
    Script : http://www.******.nl/install/install...e&confirm=true
    Referrer : http://www.*******.nl/install/instal...3&emptydb=true
    IP Address : 10.150.1.101
    Username :
    Classname : vB_Database

    Help?

    That's not even a legal error code.

    This has something to do with your server setup. I suggest posting in the server configuration forum for help with this.

      So it is posible to run vbulletin on a mysql cluster? Even with the row size limitation:

      <B>Row size. </B> The maximum permitted size of any one row is 8KB. Note that each <CODE class=literal>BLOB</CODE> or <CODE class=literal>TEXT</CODE> column contributes 256 + 8 = 264 bytes towards this total.
