Users awaiting moderation not working

I moderate all new users. I would just go to admin CP>Search for Users>List Users Awaiting Moderation and either approve or delete them there. It is not working all of a sudden. I am getting No Matches Found. To see new registrations, I have to select List New Registrations instead, but I can't approve or delete them like I used to do. Did I change something by accident or what? Don't know why this isn't working like it did. Thanks.

This does work with the standard vB code, assuming you did not change this:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Moderate New Members -> Yes

Have you installed any add-ons?

No, didn't mke any mods. Users are showing as Users Awaiting Email Confirmation. Options for moderating is YES. Very strange.

That is normal when you have both options set to 'Yes'. Once they validate their email adress they go into the Moderation queue.

Ok, got it. I think I may have been having a problem with them validating their email. That's why I haven't been seeing any new registrations except for Awaiting Email Confirmation. I changed the email addy and it seems to be working now. Please close thread. Thanks.
