Before you upgrade check if the database is 100%

how did you dump the database .sql ?

How can I check if the db is 100% This was the first time I did a backup I just went into admin / maintenance / database back up and then
made sure everything was checked off as "yes" then I clicked on go and saved the sql file to the hard drive of my computer.

Well, done through the admincp/ means you will get an .sql dump. This dump will then have as LAST LINE IN FILE: ### dump completed ###
If you do it from the admincp and don't have that last line, it did not complete. You're then best off to try it from shell (ssh2) or phpmyadmin.

Once the backup is 100%, you can upload the 3.6.4 files and run upgrade.php - and ignore that email you received.
