    That depends on the size of the database.

    How long should it normally take for one of these Repair/optimize tables take? So far it is taking an hour, or more to run one.

    I'm running 3.5.4 and I do not find 'Import & Maintenance ' in my Admin CP, just 'Maintenance'

    MySQL error: 145 = Table was marked as crashed and should be repaired

    This error means that table has crashed. To fix this run Repair/Optimize in the Admin CP. You may need to run it more than once to fix all errors:

    Admin CP -> Import & Maintenance -> Repair/Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue

    If you cannot open your Admin CP then you can repair tables with phpMyAdmin.

    What needs to be done??

    All of a sudden. I'm getting messages such as:

    Database error in vBulletin 3.5.4:
    Invalid SQL:
    SELECT COUNT(*) AS threads,
    SUM(IF(thread.lastpost >= 1161967733 AND open <> 10, 1, 0)) AS newthread

    FROM thread AS thread

    WHERE forumid = 37
    AND sticky = 0
    AND visible IN (0,1,2);
    MySQL Error : Can't open file: 'thread.MYI'. (errno: 145)

    And/or I'm receiving emails stating:

    Database error in vBulletin 3.5.4:

    Invalid SQL:

    SELECT IF(visible = 2, 1, 0) AS isdeleted,

    thread.*
    FROM thread AS thread

    WHERE thread.threadid = 978;

    A common link in all the emails is the "Can't open 'thread.MYI'. Have I been hacked? What needs to be done? Do I need to reinstall the software?
