How do I find & install stlye templates

I am new to VB and cannot find and install style templates for my forum.

There are some located in the downloads forum here, and there are also some at www.vbulletin.org

For installing, you will need to download the files, upload the images, browse to the admincp > styles & Templates > download / upload styles
