Some questions regarding vBulletin vs Invision

Hi all, I have been using vBulletin for many years now - very happy with it. But I have some users asking questions about how you do things like this:

Which is like a picture/personal gallery on your project vehicle.

I also like the idea of the Shout Box - other than that vBulletin still has it all!!!

Any ideas on wether or not I can do things like the above?

If you go to:
http://www.vbulletin.org there will be modifications which you can install for a Shout Box, Photo Gallery ect.
