How do I display a list of posts in one forum by default

Hi,
When a user goes to the vBulletin area on my website (http://www.mywebsite.com/forums), I want them to be redirected to the list of posts in my one and only forum category. I don't have multiple categories and so I don't want my users to waste time by clicking on unnecessary links fromt he home page before they can post.

Is this possible?

You can try to link the "one and only" link directly to your homepage. Using the the /forums, add the "/ xxxx" link, on your homepage. x being the display page of where you want the users to go.

Hi thunder_sti,
I had actually thought of that. Trouble is I want to advertise our website forums address as http://www.mydomain.com/forums instead of http://www.mydomain.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=x as this looks like too much for our customers to type in.

If I use a redirect from forums/index.php to forums/forumdisplay.php?f=8 would this detrimentally affect the working of the forums? Is the index.php used for other functionality apart from displaying the home page of the forums?

Hey Dan,
I understand what your trying to do, but I wouldn't be able to answer that question of overwriting the index.php. That is something vb mod or admin should help you with. Sorry Bro!!
