archive not showing page numbers (links)

Hi,
For some reason my archive dosent show the page numbers links (page 1 of 2 3 4 ) etc

I have set the number to display to 75, which is displays but i dont get the (page 1 or 2) link part to few anything after the first 75..

any ideas , have i not enabled something?

I don't have any specific guesses as to the cause. Do you have any hacks or plugins installed?
