Plugins not showing in Admincp

I went to look at my "plugin system" panel via the Admincp just now, and the links just load blank pages. It's requesting plugin.php?do=product ... and plugin.php exists and is not a blank file.

Nobody's been in the control panel says the log, so is it possible that this could have just broken by itself? Any ideas on a fix? I'm worried about upgrading without figuring out this issue first.

It may have been corrupted during upload - trying re-uploading again ensuring ascii mode is selected.
