    Upgrading from 3.0.8 to 3.5.4

    i was upgrading from the above versions and everything went well, but when you go to the forum, all is ok, if you click on a thread...all is ok, but if you go to read a post...it just goes to a blank page. Can anyone help me with this? it is affecting all posts...
    thanks in advance

    First, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. Also be sure to upload the admincp files to whichever directory you have set in your config.php file.

    Next, disable all plugins.

    Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

    define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

    Then if you still have this problem, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

    Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

      thanks for the quick response..i need it...the natives are getting restless. upload all the new 3.5x files once again? i will do that, they were in ASCII the first time, I made sure of that, but I will reload them.
      I am not sure I have any addons, i only modified 2 templates and I reverted back to the old to make sure they would not be a problem. I did clear the cache and the problem is still there.. uploading now..
      thanks!

          This means that have installed a plugin or add-on that is causing this problem.
