How to remove the gap inbetween cells

if you look at the attached pic can anyone tell me how i reduce the gaps in between the cells

As this is happening in your custom style, I recommend you ask the style author or on www.vbulletin.org

For horizontial space you must change the value at:
AdminCP->Styles & Templates->Style Manager->(then choose your style)->StyleVars and then change the 2nd value (Spacer size). I've changed it to 2 and looks ok for me.
For the vertical space I think that I seen something in a template (about spacer), but haven't time to look at it now, so I'll revert.
