    Try this:

    Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Allow Multiple Registrations Per User -> No

        Then ytou can either disable registration or remove that code from the forumhome template.

            You'd have to remove this code from the FORUMHOME template:
            Code:
                <if condition="$show['guest']">
                <!-- guest welcome message -->
                <tr>
                    <td class="tcat" colspan="<if condition="$vboptions['showmoderatorcolumn']">6<else />5</if>"><phrase 1="$vboptions[bbtitle]">$vbphrase[welcome_to_the_x]</phrase></td>
                </tr>
                <tr>
                    <td class="alt1" colspan="<if condition="$vboptions['showmoderatorcolumn']">6<else />5</if>">
                        <phrase 1="faq.php$session[sessionurl_q]" 2="register.php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[first_visit_message]</phrase>
                    </td>
                </tr>
                <!-- / guest welcome message -->
                </if>
            Best Regards

              Is there any way to get the guest welcome message to show up for everyone, even registered members?

                You can remove the conditional...
                Code:
                <if condition="$show['guest']">
                and the corresponding
                Code:
                </if>
                from the code above.
                Lats...
