Get a ROBOTS.TXT File?

And if so what directory would I put it in for it to work?
well thats a stupid question.. prolly /forums... ha.

But I cant seem to find a "VB" Robots.txt file.
Reason I want one is because ive noticed a large amount of spiders, bots, slurps, etc in Whos Online.

Dont want em there. Dont know what they are. Dont have, cant seem to get any info on them or what they are.

I was just pointed in the direction by someone to get a robot.txt.

The robot.txt file goes into the domain root.
