Where is "$show['approvepost']" set?

On our forums, we don't use this "approval" system, and I would like to stop these options from showing up in the inline moderation dropdown menu. I noticed the if-statement that makes it show up, so I was wondering where in the admin control panel I can actually control the $show['approvepost'] variable.

$show variables don't automatically mean that there's a setting for that.
It can also be a permission, or a usergroup check or similiar.
I recommend you simply remove that part from the templates.
