  • style import problem

Any ideas what would cause this error message on any attempt to import a style xml:

No file uploaded and no local file found
This occurs on any xml file (and several style xml's have been tried from two different computers).

    Same error

    3.5.4

I have bought a new skin from vbskinworks.com.

When I try to Import the style.xml file, I get the following message:

"No file uploaded and no local file found."

The owner of vbskinworks has also tried and gets the same message.

    Thank you for any suggestions.

Does this also occur when you upload the file via FTP and import it directly from the server?

Please reupload all the default vBulletin non-image files in ASCII mode, overwriting your current files. Also, turn off plugins globally in your vBulletin Options. Does this problem still occur then?

If so, start a support ticket in the members area, providing your AdminCP and FTP login details and an exact description of the problem.
