special member list

is there any way i can get like a special members list......like after u already make an accoutn on the forums.....theres a few separate fields u enter and it gets put up in almost the same way as a memberslist

edit: its gonna be like a tournament/league type thing.....out of all teh ppl registered some of them would register for the league and join/create teams but only the 1s that want to...anyway i can do this?

This would most likely require code modification. Check vBulletin.org. There may be something available already.
