forum header for guests and those not logged in

on the board front end when not logged in there is a header that has the text

Welcome to [name of board]

where do i find that text as i would like to alter it

All text would be in the Languages and Phrases system. The phrase you are looking for in particular is the welcome_to_the_x phrase. The easiest way to find it is under Languages and Phrases -> Search in Phrases and to enter that text while searching variable names.
