We have a weird issue that I can not figure out.
In our 2nd instance of vBulletin, there were 3 users set up as administrators. One of them went and (due to confusion on how things worked) set his primary user group to another group instead of "Registered Users" (Administrator was still checked). Registered users was therefore not checked at all for him. At that point he couldn't log into the forums nor the admin cp.
So I went in, and added Registered Users back as his primary user group, and now he can log into the forums, but when he logs into the admin cp, all he sees is 4 items "Import, Announcements, Moderation, Statistics and Logs", instead of the full admin control panel set.
This has me stumped; as far as I can tell there is nothing different now betwen his user settings and mine, but he has much reduced access for some reason in the cp.
Do you have any idea what is going on?
Thanks,
Colin
