How can I remove the scrollbar at registration?

Hi!

How can I change the template so I don't have a scrollbar. I want to have a little bigger field.
Something like here: http://www.helpmij.nl/forum/register.php?hr=ja
It still has a scrollbar but the field is way bigger.

I tried many things, added "height" attributes but can't get it working .

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> « » -> Registration Templates -> register_rules

Remove the red code:
