Substituting words?

Is it possible to automatically substitute a word in vB3.5?

For instance, if I didn't want the word "Internet" to appear (like it was banned) but instead of replacing it with "********" it would say a specific word which I'd defined.

Hopefully this makes sense because I can't seem to find out how to do it in the Admin CP

I'd like to know that too. So far all I can see is the option to replace the letters in a word - so that if you want to replace "egg" with "dog," you'd get dogdogdog instead of dog.

You can use the style specific replacments but they are used everywhere and not just in post text.
