Email for every post in a forum?

Is there a way for a user to receive an instant email notice every time a post has been made in a forum?

Not for regular users but you can specify specific email addresses here:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators -> Edit -> Receive Email When a New Post is Created
