the post is properly fixed now (I guess; cause I get back on the tools.php page). But; when I click a subforum on the homepage I get another error :

I tried about 4 times now but every time my browser says 'finished'.

Do I have to try it again and again till it's completed?

MySQL error: 144 = Table is crashed and last repair failed

You will have to run repair several times to fix all the errors.

I tried to repair the POST table but it doesn't work? My browser just says finished and that's it..
And: when I've done that, my site is extreme slow.. Almost not reachable.
