Failed login quota - 15mins passed and still can't login!

Just Impexed from SMF before I realised the passwords don't import, and so locked myself out of vBulletin. Trouble is, it won't let me login again after 15 minutes with the one admin account I know definitely works.

What can I do to get back in?

Try running this query in phpMyAdmin:

TRUNCATE strikes;
