    Users unable to post

    Hi guys

Since upgrading to 3.5.4 I have been getting lots of email from member saying they cannot post as they are constatnly being logged out. These users have Cookies enabled and are checking the "Remember Me" option on signing in.

I might be wrong, but I think these users are in a work-place enviroment.

From which version did you upgrade?
What is the config.php's cookie prefix set to?
What is your admincp > vboptions > cookie path, timeout and domain set to?
Do you have any plugins installed?

This could be a workplace proxy problem. To eliminate anything on the vB end. reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Next, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Disable any other styles which will force your users to use the original templates.

Do they have the same problem? If so, it's probably a proxy.

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)
