Your disk is full, or at least your MySQL partition is out of space. This can cause all sorts of other errors as well.

Free up some space and run a repair on your database. That should do it.

        Your MySQL partition.

It could also be the partition containing the server's /tmp directory.

I'm getting this same error, but only for one of my forums. It's forumID=12, and all the other forums work fine. Any idea if the cause would be the same? I know we're running out of space, but my first thought would be a table corruption since only one forumID is affected. Any ideas?

So it's a space issue, not a table corruption?

I've got this issue as well. Upgraded to PHP 5.1.2 this morning. So far, I have around 600 database error emails all with class_core as above. I've spoken to the host who told me that I'm on a VPS and that the MySQL partition and /tmp are fine.

What else could it be? Is 5.1.2 a problem?

If you are getting error 28, this is an out-of-space error. There is no other explanation for that error.
