Plugin Manager

Previously I had someone else configuring / maintaining my vBulletin Forum. For the last several months I took over as doing this.

Anyways I've found a few "plugins" (not products) that are disabled. when I asked him why his answer is he doesn't remember. Anyways i'm wondering if someone can give me a Idea of what they are

If these are disabled that means the feature (the plugin added to vb) is no longer being used. This can be because the admin of the site decided to not have the private attachments anymore, or because it stopped working, had a bug or otherwise.
