  • displaying time left before cron runs

Is it possible to display the time left (in mutes) before a cron's next run time?

  • #2
This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.

Can you at least tell me if it's hard to do? I have posted two different threads over at vb.org regarding this matter and nobody replies.

I have no idea if this is hard or not. Sorry.

At 3:00am every morning my backup runs during which time the forum stops responding for about 2 minutes. In the header template a few minutes before 3:00am I display "expect a 2 minute delay at 3:00am". Is this something you would like, if so I can provide the code.
