databse error - 3.5.1 to 3.5.3

here is the error I receive while trying to upgrade freom 3.5.1 to 3.5.3

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.1:

Hello,

This means the script has already run that query, or you have a hack installed that added that column.

Uninstall the hack and try again, or skip this particular query from the upgrade script.

Thanks Floris...I just went into the db and deleted the duplicate table...looks okay now..thank you for the reply
