Letting moderators move messages, but not delete

Hello,

I'm an admin at xtasis.org and I would like to let moderators move messages/threads but not let the moderators delete messages/threads.

This is because I want moderators to move forbidden posts to a invisible subforum for normal users so we can check the forbidden posts.

I would also like to know how to let the moderators edit other people's posts but not move or delete the posts.

Admin Control Panel > Forums & Moderators > View All Moderators > Edit one of the moderators where you want to change the permissions to and set the permissions as you want.
