What do you mean by 'view users posts on vB forums'?

There is no function built-in to vB to read members private messsages and never has been. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.

            vB.org is running fine atm.

There are a minimal of 3 hacks that will do this for you, varying in their options. You can find 1 in my profile at vb.org/signature here at vb.com, one submitted by Floris and one by Dream if i remember correct.
