We do have an unofficial (but incomplete) .RO language pack made by vBulletin customers.

I am not really sure what you mean. If someone leaves your site .. they've left - you can't really force them to come back to your site. If they close the browsser for example it won't open again.

Please define?

You can go to the Admin Control Panel > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > dropdown: Edit Templates > select the ' Navigation and Breadcrumbs Templates ' group and expand it. Open the navbar template and either add your banner xhtml code at the top of the template, before all the other code, or at the bottom of the template, after all the other code - on a new line - and save the template.

Hi everybody,

I am new to this thing, I am having installed a forum for some human rights purposes and I am not tha good at PHP as I would like to be so I have some questions and I would be very happy for answers on the following issues:
1. How do I insert a banner on the first page and all the pages of my forum?

2. How can I set the forum in such a way that when a visitor leaves he will allways return to the main page?

3. Finalyy is there any Romanian language pack for the 3.5.3 version?
